One College of Nursing in Illinois Receives Grant
One College of Nursing in Illinois teamed up with the UIC School of Public Health to launch initiatives to attract more nursing students, under a three-year U.S. Department of Health and Human Services grant. The new programs include a mentoring program for paraprofessionals and a fast-track nursing degree program.
e-Army-U Helps Soldiers Forge Ahead without Walls
One recent Secretary of the Army feels that there is a great return on investing in education for the soldiers. Creating technology to transform army strategy, and enhance the digitized battlefield, is part of helping us win. Providing education will help our soldiers stay in the army, as well as give them opportunities to receive their degrees. |
